New Customer Portal Registration
We’re excited to introduce our new customer portal and billing system! This page will show you everything you need to know to register and sign in to your new customer portal. To enhance your experience, we kindly ask all customers to register as a new user using the instructions below:
Step 1:
Locate your customer number and access code on your most recent invoice.
Step 2:
Visit the sign-in page. Go to https://secure.soft-pak.com/webpakan/signin.jsp or click the “PAY MY BILL” button in the top right corner of our website.
Step 3:
Click the Register Now Button to register as a new user.
Step 4:
Complete Registration Form
- Use your customer number and access code that you located in Step 1 to fill in the first two fields.
- Add the email that you would like to use for your account. Make sure to choose an email address that you have access to. You will receive an email with a verification link in the next step.
- Create your password
- Click Register Now when you are ready to submit.
Step 5:
Locate the verification link sent to the email you entered in step xzz.
Step 6:
Visit the verification link and sign in to your account using the email and password you choose in step 3.
Step 7:
Now that you are signed in, you can pay your bill via a one time payment and setup autopay for future payments.
You can make a one time payment at anytime, by selecting “Billing” in the top menu bar and clicking the “Make Payment” button in the bottom right corner. Follow the instruction on screen to select one of your saved payment methods or add a new payment method.
