This is the best service that I have ever received. Office personnel is awesome. Price is more than fair but I pay $30 per month for a 2nd can, not $12 which is disturbing being on a fixed income.

We've been using Anchor for 3 months and the pros are:- trash pickup is efficient- prices seem reasonable/discounted- usually when calling in, calls are taken swiftly- staff is usually friendlyCons:- since we started using Anchor, I've had to call every other Friday (minus one Friday) because recycling hasn't been picked up.- during some of these calls, have had to address that trash was also dumping recycling.- have obviously not gotten much traction on resolution around recyclingOverall, I feel like it's still one of the better options around for trash service but if you're on the fence of using a service versus handling at local dump, I'd say a vote for local dump, especially in Johnston county. The guys out there are friendly, helpful and it's free!

I am a new customer (just moved out from Clayton to outside city limits) and paid to have some additional debris removed. I was promised twice it would be today and I emailed a complaint in well after hours when it was still sitting there. I'll say I was very impressed with the ladies on the phone but pretty upset & disappointed that what I was told wasn't going to happen. Then after 8pm the crew showed up to get what needed to go. From upset to wow, this company may be the real deal happened very quickly. I am impressed. That would never happen with the company the City of Clayton has been using.

Have Been a customer since at least 2020. Excellent customer service. It is good that Anchor Emails customers about holidays pick up,… No pick up on certain holidays, but they will pick up the next day and this is the way they do holidays. The only (And this is not criticism) But it would be so wonderful if the recycle could be picked up every week instead of every other week. They are very reliable with garbage pick up and recycle pick up, but it would be Wonderful if I could just put recycle and garbage out the same week… The green trashcan and the Blue trash…. Pick it up the same day or at least the same wk. This is not financially feasible for anchor then of course it’s understandable… Gas is costly And everybody, including me, understand that

Terrible company and customer service! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY FOR TRASH OR RECYCLING!!! Set up service a week before move in and fees were collected. Was told when the trash bins would arrive. Arrive to the home we just purchased and no trash bins there at all! Had no problem collecting the fees for service same day or emailing a list of what to do and what not to do. What they will haul away what they won’t and of course the days they won’t operate, but couldn’t even deliver the trash bins as promised. So let me get this right. You want me to follow your rules to the letter but cannot do your part as the servicer? Then Amy Martinez who clearly hates her job decides to be rude and condescending and lacked no empathy. States she can’t get me the bins until the next week. Which has me missing a scheduled pick up. Which means no trash pick up for two weeks. Disgusting. 🤮 Definitely chose another service provider and was issued a refund.UPDATE!!!! (PLEASE READ BELOW)The owner Kerri reached out a few days after the incident and apologized for the inconvenience and made it right! I ended up using their services after all. I liked that the owner herself called me, listened, took accountability and was willing to turn the situation around. We’re human and we all have bad days. It’s easy to praise a company when they’re doing all the right things, but what about when a situation happens unsatisfactory? How an unsatisfactory event is handled REALLY tells a lot about a company. The owner of this company made it right, and that actually tells a lot about their integrity and values. I 100% would recommend this company for service. Thank you Kerri for the understanding and empathy towards the situation and showing just how much you value your company, and your customers🩷

Anchor is great!! The communication is top tier! A few weeks ago we noticed our trash can had been damaged as we live on a very busy road in Clayton, NC . I reached out via email asking how much the replacement fee was and how to go about getting a new trash can..long story short and to our surprise there was no fee and we had our new trash can at the next pickup date! Super amazing and so easy to communicate with!! 1000% recommend Anchor disposal!!
